Eligibility for Returns:

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)

Return Process:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return approval process

  3. Once approved, arrange the return shipment as instructed

  4. After inspection, your return will be processed


💸 Refund Policy (3–5 Business Days)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Details:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
